The RoleClarion is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and operate production systems used daily in real healthcare environments. You’ll ship customer‑facing features, improve reliability, and grow alongside experienced founders and senior engineers.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain full‑stack features powering AI‑driven workflows
- Integrate with EHRs, legacy healthcare systems, and real‑time voice infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with product and senior engineers to ship features
- Debug and improve performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices
- 3–5 years of experience shipping production software
- Strong full‑stack experience (Node.js, Type Script, React, Postgre
SQL) - Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to quality
- Clear communication and collaborative approach
- Startup or early‑stage experience
- Exposure to AI/ML‑powered systems
- Experience in healthcare or workflow automation
- Ownership over tasks and outcomes
- Willingness to learn quickly and ship often
- Strong collaboration and low ego
- Enjoys in‑person, fast‑paced environments
Base salary: $150,000–$225,000
Equity: Meaningful early‑stage equity
