NYC (Hybrid – at least 4 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and work on the trading floor. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python or C# and Java script (React or Angular) and be passionate about developing new features for their trading platforms.

• Review and analyze business and technical requirements
• Design, build, and support front-office web applications (frontend & backend) using a modern stack
• Deliver scalable solutions that meet user needs and deadlines
• Troubleshoot issues, provide efficient fixes, and document solutions
• Own application streams with a high level of autonomy
• Participate in testing to ensure application quality and stability
• Proactively suggest improvements to processes and tooling
• Lead the modernization of Excel-based tools while supporting existing workflows during transition

• 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming C# or Python
• 2+ years working with React or a similar modern frontend framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new domains
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Basic finance knowledge or willingness to learn (Repo, Collateral, Triparty)
• Exposure to trading floor environments is a plus
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, DDD, or VBA is a plus

• Global bank collaboration (architect in Paris, local ambassador)
• Access to Git Hub Copilot and Claude 4.5 Sonnet internal GPT agent
• CI/CD pipelines with emphasis on code coverage and continuous delivery
• Pycharm, Visual Studio Code, Kubernetes, Docker, Gitlab
