The Web Developer helps the team with all website-related projects  addition to executing website-related tasks and providing website maintenance, this role collaborates with designers, copywriters, account team members, and others to develop and implement Spot Co digital projects. The Web Developer should also be able to provide web expertise and innovative ideas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate design concepts, prototypes, and designs into launch-ready websites
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and copywriters on design, branding, website builds, updates, etc.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time
• Handle website maintenance, including but not limited to content updates, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and QA testing
• Be aware of show milestones and other important dates and make appropriate website updates
• Graphics manipulation, editing, and optimization
• Work with the account team to stay within budget on projects
• Add Google Tags when needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced creative agency or similar environment
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (including event tracking setup) and Google Analytics
• Comfortable with cPanel/WHM for back-end server functionality and DNS updates
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver under pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address problems with innovative solutions
• Strong attention to detail as well as good organizational and communication skills
• 3+ years of web design/development experience in a full service, high energy, agency environment
• Able to work a hybrid schedule (in-person and remote)

SALARY: $80,000 - $90,000/year
