Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Aladdin Developer to join their team in New York, NY!
As an Aladdin Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing, maintaining, and optimizing the Black Rock Aladdin platform. Your responsibilities will include developing new features, fixing bugs, creating tools, and ensuring the platform's stability. If you have a passion for financial technology, strong technical skills, and a background in investment management, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Aladdin platform.
- Develop and enhance Aladdin's functionality, including creating custom tools, reports, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Aladdin's performance, data integrity, and user experience.
- Work closely with portfolio managers, risk analysts, and other stakeholders to implement changes and improvements.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability of Aladdin features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to investment management technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C# .NET, SQL, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Black Rock's Aladdin platform is a must.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment management, and risk management concepts is a plus.
