What You Will Do

As a Mobile / React Native Engineer, you will be the first fully dedicated mobile engineer, taking ownership of the mobile codebase to create a seamless, high-performance experience for field users. You will work alongside an ambitious engineering team, building features across the stack, while setting the technical bar and mobile roadmap for years to come.

You’ll develop end-to-end workflows, push them to production, and solve real-world problems r work will enable the collection and delivery of billions of conversation events, ensuring a fluid, reliable mobile experience in fast-paced field environments.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile engineering, ideally within startups or high-growth environments

• Deep proficiency with React Native, including performance optimization and scaling

• Solid engineering foundation in JavaScript/Type Script, with strong coding skills in one or more general-purpose languages (e.g., Python, C++, Rust)

• Experience building customer-facing mobile products with tight feedback loops and rapid iteration cycles

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data storage, and processing systems

• Excellent communicator with the ability to work quickly with teammates, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality code under tight timelines

Preferred

• Track record of building products for industries outside of pure tech (e.g., retail, logistics, field operations)

• Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, build tooling, or deployment processes for mobile apps

• Passion for building AI-powered tools and transforming underserved industries

• History of stepping into ambiguous environments and delivering impact quickly

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $170,000 - $260,000/year
