• Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in Core Java development.
• Demonstrated expertise in software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining high-performance, low-latency trading systems.

• Experience with ION trading technology platform.
• Knowledge of electronic trading workflows in fixed income markets.
• Deep understanding of fixed income markets, especially municipal bonds.
• Exposure to on-premises infrastructure and Dev Ops practices.
• Familiarity with pricing, analytics, or P&L concepts relevant to fixed income trading.
• Proven experience working with large-scale, low-latency systems in a trading environment.
