We are an early-stage fintech company building a new financial platform designed to expand access to long-term wealth creation. Backed by top-tier investors and founded by experienced leaders from leading financial and technology companies, we operate a lean, senior engineering team focused on delivering reliable, customer-centric systems.

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Platform Foundation team. In this role, you will focus on operational excellence and customer experience by rapidly identifying issues, prototyping solutions, and shipping improvements across the platform. This is a high-ownership role for engineers who enjoy working close to customers and becoming experts in complex systems.

• Triage and resolve high-priority customer and operational issues

• Build internal tools, dashboards, and monitoring systems

• Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions that improve customer experience

• Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations

• Participate in system design discussions and code reviews

• Strong experience with backend frameworks, API design, and event-driven systems

• Proven problem-solving and system design skills

• Proficiency in a modern programming language (Go, Java, Kotlin, Python, Rust, Type Script, etc.)

• Experience with Postgre
  
  SQL or MySQL

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Base salary: $180,000–$275,000

• Equity: Competitive equity package
