• Lead and deliver large-scale AI/ML solutions from concept to deployment, including data processing pipelines and LLM-powered applications
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and establishing best practices for scalable system development
• Provide strategic direction by setting measurable goals and breaking down business requirements into functional specifications
• Influence and mentor cross‑functional teams while sharing knowledge as a thought leader
• Write high‑quality code and actively lead agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of solutions

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of software engineering experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building large-scale data processing pipelines and distributed search/retrieval systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Deep Learning or LLM-related products or solutions
• Strong understanding of Python software development stacks and ecosystems

• Experience integrating Deep Learning and LLM solutions into production‑grade software
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks such as Named Entity Recognition and Information Extraction
• Hands‑on experience with additional programming languages or scripting languages (Java, Rust, etc.)
• Expertise with modern deep learning frameworks for distributed training
• Experience with graph database technologies like Neo4j or Amazon Neptune
