Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.

Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity make up roughly 25 % of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time‑consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information.

Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of “portals.” Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.

Senior Software Engineer
, responsible for developing and maintaining core components of our platform. This is a critical role, as your contributions will directly impact the user experience and help our team scale to meet the growing demand for our product. You’ll work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other developers to build a solution that makes a difference in our clients' investment processes.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems that streamline the private investment experience.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver user‑facing features end to end.
• Drive architectural decisions and lead key engineering projects from ideation to launch.
• Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor teammates and help shape the engineering culture as we grow the team from the ground up.

• 5+ years of experience building web‑based software products.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and experience designing scalable systems.
• Full‑stack development experience, or deep expertise in either frontend or backend.
• A track record of driving projects independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams.

• Experience in the fintech space or working on investment platforms.
• Prior experience at a fast‑growing startup or on a founding engineering team.
• Exposure to building internal tools or infrastructure to improve engineering efficiency.
