As a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager at Mongo

DB, you will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Product Design, Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive data‑driven experiments and feature delivery. You will lead mission‑critical programs and own executive‑level communication.

We are looking for candidates based in NYC for our hybrid working model.

• Drive engineering programs forward using technical acumen and analytical skills.
• Identify patterns in data and take appropriate action.
• Design, maintain, and improve program delivery processes and tools.
• Build strategic partnerships with Product and Engineering stakeholders.
• Expand knowledge into new domains.
• Mentor junior TPMs.

• 15+ years of experience in an engineering organization leading complex cross‑functional technical programs.
• 10 years of software development background, with cloud storage and compute products.
• Experience with service‑oriented architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to influence technical discussions and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience with project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Rally, MS Project).

• Familiarity with Mongo
  
  DB or comparable technology.
