We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale the engineering team at a fast‑growing AI‑driven consumer technology company. This is a full‑stack role with a strong front‑end focus, requiring expertise in web development and iOS. You will drive the development of user‑facing e‑commerce experiences, oversee product development, and manage junior engineers.

The role involves building engaging shopping and social commerce experiences inspired by leading consumer platforms, while reporting directly to executive leadership.

• Lead the engineering team and oversee product development end‑to‑end.
• Drive front‑end product development for web and iOS consumer experiences.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Shape the technical vision for scalable, high‑performance consumer applications.

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Full‑stack development background with strong front‑end expertise.
• Experience building user‑facing web and/or iOS products.
• Proven track record at top technology companies, with at least 4 years at one company or 2+ years each across a maximum of two companies.
• Experience in e‑commerce or social commerce products, ideally with leadership or team guidance exposure.
