The Global Markets Post Trade IT team covers the four global market business lines of Natixis Americas:
Macro/Commodities, GSF, Equity Solutions and Credit.

Our dynamic team is a mix of software developers and IT business analysts. We work in a fast-paced environment, closely to our end-users, both on local projects and global initiatives involving the Head-Office in Europe and the Asian platform. We support in‑house applications related to post trade equity solutions. We also provide support on all the vendors trading platforms used by our traders, salespeople and operations.

We are looking for a hands‑on developer to help assist in the technical vision and strategic planning of all aspects of the software solution. He/she/they will possess a deep understanding of equity financial instruments and business practices.

• Proficient in .NET, C# technologies
• Good knowledge of Angular (experienced with versions 9+) (3+ years)
• Ability to design and architecture software solution

• Take responsibility for supporting both in‑house and external software solutions
• Ensure high quality deliveries
• Improve development technical documentation
• Prepare and delivery and track platform releases and interactions with other teams

The salary range for this position will be between $170,000 - $210,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as software engineer in equity solutions
• Knowledge of one or several domains:
  Post trade booking for equity solutions
• Knowledge of financial products:
  Equity options, Repos, Stock borrow/lending
• Experience with trading systems such as smart loan, Loanet, Sophis, Broker Dealer system i.e. Phase 3/Shadow Suite
• Well-versed in Agile practices and methodologies
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
