As one of Synch's founding engineers, you’ll build software from the ground up that dramatically changes how people interact with their CRM. You’ll own features that are core to the business from day one and have a direct impact on the trajectory of the company.

We’re looking to build an exceptional engineering team. Engineers at Synch will have the autonomy to build things that truly move the business forward while owning design, implementation and everything in between. We’re builders who are passionate about our craft and love shifting problems to products.

Legacy enterprise software is complicated to use. Using Salesforce or Net Suite requires companies to hire consultants and employees with certifications just to manage these systems.

What if we could build smarter software? What if we could turn the domain knowledge that these employees have into API's and user interfaces?

• Build features end-to-end that reduce the time and domain knowledge required to work across an organization’s many business systems
• Solve interesting technical problems and create solutions that are built on top of, and powered by, the recent advancements in AI (GPT-4)
• Be product-minded and help drive the roadmap with the founding team, quickly iterating based on newly gained insights
• Set the tone for a high caliber engineering culture at Synch, helping us shape the patterns & practices that will set us up for success

• You take pride in your work and have a demonstrated track record of shipping high quality products
• 1 to 5 years of software engineering experience, ideally working across the stack
• You want to take things from start to finish. In our case: from first hearing the customer pain point all the way to the actual implementation of the feature
• Excited to explore how AI has enabled a new array of possible product experiences that are waiting to be built
• You’re looking to move with speed, take ownership and grow in ways that you couldn’t at other places. You’ll get more out of yourself than you thought you had while having the most fun you’ve ever had in your career
