Full Stack Developer (Node JS or Python) Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (NodeJS or Python) to join our client, Xyant Services, Inc. The role involves building compliance automation tools, participating in full software development lifecycle, and improving reporting tools.

• Build compliance automation platform/tool to provide a comprehensive view of the compliance posture of the organization
• Take ownership and participate in all aspects of software development activities
• Introduce new insights from within or outside Client decisions that may improve current reporting tools
• Continuously improve and maintain Share Points, Wiki, and other portals
• Define and implement the goals of the team, delivering solutions that balance the needs of the business and the maintainability of software
• Fast prototyping of ideas and concepts and researching the industry's latest trends

• A college degree with a focus in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on design/development experience writing reusable, testable, efficient code
• Hands‑on experience in API design and development with NodeJS, Python, using frameworks such as Express
  
  JS, Flask
• Knowledge of SQL and No
  
  SQL databases such as Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, & MongoDB
• Understanding of server‑side templating languages such as EJS
• Strong understanding of modern development patterns:
  Agile, CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker, micro‑services
• Understanding of front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React
  
  JS, and Redux
• Strong social, verbal, and written communication skills and strong planning skills
• Ability to multi‑task and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Ability to address and resolve problems using appropriate tools and techniques

• Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, etc.) is a plus
• Cloud SRE Experience is a plus
