The Member Growth Engineering team builds digital experiences that help new members discover Spring Health and guide all members to the right care at the right moment. We’re moving beyond traditional funnels to build a D2C brand and a habit-forming product, using AI to iterate on acquisition loops, activation pathways, and nurturing experiences to convert and re-engage members.

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join a team building modern AI powered experiences. The role is full time and reports to a Senior Director of Engineering. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with in-office expectations of 2-3 days per week. Our office is located at 60 Madison Avenue.

What we expect from you
  • At least 10 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, Type Script and/or Flutter
  • At least 4 years of experience with modern AI technologies
  • At least 3 years of experience building developer platforms and tool chains
  • Proactive and collaborative leadership style
  • Technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity

The target base salary range for this position is $200,800 - $245,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by experience, location, internal pay equity, and other business considerations. We review all compensation programs annually to ensure competitive and fair pay.
