  • Build responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces optimized for clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with product and backend engineering to refine specifications, workflows, and API contracts.
  • Implement robust error handling, boundary states, and loading strategies.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, linting, and testing.
  • Contribute to frontend performance optimization and observability.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Svelte
    , Svelte Kit
    , or equivalent modern frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency with Tailwind CSS for building scalable and consistent UIs.
  • Strong understanding of interaction patterns, layout systems, accessibility, and responsive UI.
  • Hands‑on experience with modern build tools (Vite, ES modules, bundlers, Bun).
  • Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (unit or integration).
  • Experience developing good UX focused on self‑serving applications to encourage product‑led growth.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced and frequent code deployment environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a disciplined, documentation‑first mindset.
  • Strong technical judgment and ability to make informed tradeoffs in an evolving product environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Playwright for end‑to‑end testing.
  • Familiarity with component library architecture or design system engineering.
  • Experience optimizing frontend performance at scale.
  • Exposure to complex, data‑dense interfaces or enterprise‑grade web applications.
