We are looking for an experienced, motivated Jr. Mobile Application Developer to join our NY team! This candidate will help create innovative mobile applications that will have a positive impact on our users and business. The engineer will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of mobile applications for hybrid applications with Flutter.

• Designing and developing a set of processes, best practices, standards and tool base for a mobile application, Flutter is used.
• Code refactoring to optimize performance.
• Collaborate and work closely with different teams to translate user and business needs into functional frontend code.
• Participate in the design and implementation of an innovative product.
• Improve features by providing feedback in terms of the engineering and end‑user perspectives.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.
• Constantly evaluate and improve our systems’ efficiency, scalability, and stability.

• Experience in Flutter development.
• Experience with hybrid mobile frameworks such as React Native, Ionic, etc.
• Good understanding of mobile device hardware capabilities and limitations.
• Expert knowledge of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, and mobile application development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years overall experience (1+ in iOS/Android/Web).
• Fluent in Flutter or positive attitude about learning it.
• Understanding of Frontend frameworks (not just using the libraries).
• Experience with handling traditional media like photos or movies (optional).
• Willingness to learn and devote in facing challenges in a start‑up environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to write robust, maintainable and reliable code.

Full‑time Position. Salary range is $80,000 - $130,000 per year depending on experience.
