About the Role

We are looking for a software engineer to own our development ecosystem. You'll be responsible for making our engineering team outrageously productive by eliminating friction throughout the development lifecycle. You'll tackle devx issues across our diverse technical landscape — including our two monorepos, four backends (each written in a different language), and NextJS app that powers our customers’ docs. If you're passionate about developer productivity, enjoy diving into complex systems, and have a knack for simplifying complicated workflows, we want you on our team.

What you’ll do

• Your mission is tomake your teammates outrageously productive.

• Make local development delightfulby creating seamless setup processes, fast build systems, and well-configured tooling that lets our engineers (and open-source contributors) focus on writing code instead of fighting their environment

• Evolve our CI systems,making our CI checks exhaustive, fast, and flake-free

• Maintain and improve our infrastructure-as-code(CDK) for our AWS deployments and our CD pipelines

• Design and implementmonitoring, observability, and alertingacross our stack.
