We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build the AI experiences that will define the future of recruiting. You'll be deeply integrated with our engineering team, working closely with full-stack engineers to weave AI capabilities throughout our platform. Your AI features won't live in isolation - they'll be core to how our entire application works.

You'll spend your time between AI experimentation, implementation, and collaborating tightly with the team to ship cohesive products. If you've had that "aha moment" where you realized AI changes everything, and you want to build products that capture that magic for users while being part of a tight-knit engineering team, this role is for you.

• Build AI agents that conduct intelligent conversations with candidates and recruiters

• Create AI-powered features from concept to production - voice interfaces, coaching systems, intelligent matching

• Experiment with the latest models and techniques, making smart trade-offs between cost, quality, and speed

• Write production Type Script code that turns AI possibilities into reliable user experiences

• Rapidly prototype new AI capabilities, then scale the winners to thousands of users

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure AI features integrate seamlessly with the full platform

• Partner with full-stack engineers to identify where AI can transform the recruiting experience

• Stay current with the AI landscape while maintaining focus on shipping real products

• Real AI shipping experience
  :
  You've built and deployed AI/LLM features to production with actual users for 1+ years

• Full-stack engineering capability
  :
  Strong proficiency in Type Script, React, and Next.js - able to contribute across the stack

• Prompt engineering expertise
  :
  Deep understanding of how to make LLMs do what you want reliably

• Product mindset
  :
  You care about user experience, not just technical implementation

• Proven ability to navigate trade-offs
  :
  Experience choosing between models based on cost, latency, quality, and use case

• Research-to-production pipeline

  Comfortable moving from experimentation to scaled implementation

• Startup experience

  Thrived in fast-moving environments where you own problems end-to-end

• Voice AI/conversational interface experience

• Python knowledge for AI/ML tooling

$175,000-$225,000 base salary + meaningful equity
