A mission-driven, seed-stage B2B2C company in the healthcare technology space is transforming how self-insured employers connect members to advanced primary care. Their platform enables employers to cut healthcare costs by up to 15% while improving outcomes for high-risk populations.
The company has:
- National network of high-performing providers

As the first full-stack engineering hire, the Technical Lead will define and execute the technical vision for the core product — a member-facing web application that intelligently recommends best-fit primary care providers across geographies.
This role involves:

- Comfortable with front-end frameworks (current MVP uses WeWeb.io; future plans to expand to a custom-built stack)
- Track record of technical leadership in a startup or high-growth environment
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability in early-stage product builds
- Hybrid work: 2–3 days/week in NYC office
- Servant leadership approach with clear goals and accountability
- Focus on results and sustainable pace — occasional weekend work possible, but self-care and family time valued
- Collaborative, mission-focused environment
- Health insurance
- 401(k) plan
