As a Software Engineer based out of our New York City Headquarters, you will work with a team that is composed of highly skilled and supportive individuals, with each engineer contributing uniquely to serve our U.S.

-based car dealers and manufacturers. The development team oversees and takes ownership of the entire software development life cycle.

• Take ownership of assigned deliverables, both in terms of timeliness and software quality.
• Develop new software, and enhance existing software, to high standards. Adhere to best practices that enhance user experience, usability, scalability, performance and security.
• Learn about various components owned by the team and how these components fit within the overall platform.
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders including regular progress and updates to your manager, peers and leads.

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Working knowledge of modern object‑oriented languages
• Working knowledge of modern front‑end frameworks and component‑based UI libraries
• Working knowledge of object‑oriented design techniques and RESTful API implementations
• Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile
• Good experience with developing solutions involving SQL and No
  
  SQL database technologies.
• Knowledge of modern relational databases and Google Big Query is a plus.

This role is limited for candidates with indefinite right to work within the USA.

• S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $69661 to $122231. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
• In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
