We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who excels at bringing designs to life through code. You'll own the implementation of customer‑facing applications, working alongside product, design, and engineering teams to build polished, high‑performance interfaces. From establishing component patterns to shipping complete features, you'll shape how users interact with our insurance platform.

This position is 100% on‑site at our New York City headquarters.

• Architect and ship React‑based applications that power our insurance technology platform
• Transform Figma mockups and product requirements into clean, functional code
• Build shared component systems and define frontend architectural standards
• Work cross‑functionally to shape feature scope and technical approach
• Design responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences
• Develop interactive data tables, charts, and reporting tools for complex insurance workflows
• Document component APIs, patterns, and development guidelines for the team
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and data modeling
• Review code and share knowledge to elevate team practices

• 3+ years building production frontend applications
• Hands‑on experience with Tailwind CSS or comparable utility‑based styling approaches
• Proven track record turning design specs into accurate UI implementations
• Deep knowledge of responsive layouts and mobile‑first strategies
• Production experience managing application state (Redux, Zustand, or alternatives)
• Working knowledge of modern build systems (Webpack, Vite, or similar)
• Practical experience writing tests with Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright
• Applied understanding of frontend performance best practices
• Comfort working with REST APIs and async data patterns

• Hands‑on work with micro‑frontends or module federation
• Experience building or maintaining design systems and using Storybook
• Full stack capabilities or backend exposure
• Prior work in insurance technology or financial services
• Design chops or proficiency with additional design tools
