• Lead the development and testing of our systems and services.
• Participate in shaping the technical architecture of the web platforms.
• Deliver reusable web SDKs, libraries, and frameworks to scale web applications and drive consistency.
• Design and maintain systems that improve developer experience across CI/CD, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Define standards and best practices for performance, accessibility, and design system adoption.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption and alignment of core platform capabilities.
• Tackle complex technical and organizational challenges that span teams and products.
• Mentor engineers, support the technical culture, and help grow the team.
• Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.
• Communicate with project leads, product managers and other software developers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years programming experience, ideally on a modern web stack.
• Experience working on or leading a web platform team at a large company.
• 3+ years management experience.
• Maintain code quality, performance, and sound architectural principles.
• Experience working in a collaborative coding environment, refining designs together, working through code reviews, and managing pull requests.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves, collaborate with others and get stuff done.
• Strong sense of responsibility; driving a project from inception to completion.
• Affinity for solving problems and shipping impactful features, not polishing perfect code or architecture.

• Web monorepo experience.
• Frontend web testing frameworks.
• Web Accessibility WCAG 2.0.

The base pay range for this role is listed above. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
