Staff Software Engineer

Alldus are currently helping a startup in NYC scale their engineering team to build an AI-driven SaaS product that helps MSPs and their clients adopt AI more effectively. Their cutting‑edge AI platform helps teams transform repetitive tasks into seamless, automated workflows — from simple daily processes to complex, multi‑team operations. Think Slack for adopting AI at work.

You as the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Take ownership of full software development lifecycle to deliver on product roadmap
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to identify how to solve problems
• Design scalable and resilient systems that enable multi‑tenant and hybrid cloud deployments, featuring secure APIs and a versatile integrations platform.
• Mentor junior members of the team and take a leading role on the team

You as the ideal candidate will require:

• At least 5 years of experience in engineering
• Computer Science Degree or equivalent
• Experience at an early‑stage startup
• Ownership – ability to work independently and own projects
• Experience of using AI in day‑to‑day coding
• Experience of architecting systems and end‑to‑end solutions
