• Build robust frontend applications using Vue 3.
• Work on real‑time web applications for audio and SMS communications with users (patients).

• Proven experience building highly‑available applications in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Vue 3, Type Script.
• Experience interacting with backend APIs written in node, Mongoose, Express, or similar tech stacks.

• General healthcare tech / SaaS experience.
• Familiarity with HL7 / FHIR / EHR.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Experience with monorepo, especially turborepo.

• The team is distributed remotely with regional hybrid offices in NYC and Vancouver, Canada. On‑site is not required but encouraged if you are local for team bonding.
• We have videos on for our weekly team syncs and pair‑coding / tech discussion.
