Location: New York
A supportive housing organization in New York is seeking a Case Manager to provide assessment, case management, and counseling to clients. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and experience working with vulnerable populations. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, utilizing case management software, and collaborating with service providers to support clients' needs.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
