** Reporting to the Program Manager, the Support & Wellness Lead (for participants) exists to address gaps in communication, emotional support, and safe self-expression within the program. This role ensures participants have consistent access to a trusted support person, a designated space to process concerns, and clear pathways for communication and intervention when challenges arise.
**** The role is preventive, supportive, and observational—not disciplinary—and is embedded directly into daily program activities.
**** We are searching for an individual who is a current undergraduate or graduate student in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.  We are looking for someone with experience working with youth or group-based programs**

* ** Must pass a certified background check**
* ** Experience working with youth or group-based program**
* ** Strong observational and listening skills**
