The New York State Unified Court System is seeking four (4)
Resource Coordinator III's (Social Workers) in the New York City Family Court
. Under the supervision of the Project Director II, these positions are responsible for overseeing multiple juvenile delinquency parts to ensure accountability, strengthen internal controls, and provide resources to youth.
- Providing referrals to appropriate treatment programs.
- Monitoring participants’ progress in treatment.
- Preparing statistical reports.
- Ensuring compliance-related documentation is completed.
- Participating in case conferences with the JD judges.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with community partners and service providers.
- Conducting agency site visits.
- Assisting with program development and planning.
- Managing cases, including data entry, database updates, and report preparation.
- Monitoring grant funding.
- Supporting application processes as needed.
Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work and one (1) year of satisfactory full‑time experience in social casework with a recognized public or private agency adhering to accepted professional standards; or Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of satisfactory full‑time experience in social casework with a recognized public or private agency adhering to accepted professional standards;
or Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee (CASAC‑T) and four (4) years of satisfactory full‑time experience in social casework with a recognized public or private agency adhering to accepted professional standards; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
