Position title: Director of Strategic Parntersip and Business Developement

Position Overview: The Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development will play a key role in advancing Essen Health Care’s mission through the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives. This role will focus on fostering relationships with health plans, elected officials, community-based organizations, and other critical stakeholders to expand the organization’s market share, drive revenue growth, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

This position requires a strong leader with proven experience in business development, healthcare partnerships, and community engagement to drive Essen’s growth and enhance its presence in the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with Essen Health Care’s objectives, driving both patient revenue growth and market share expansion in key healthcare sectors
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed on industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders, including health plans, elected officials, community-based organizations, and other partners, to advance Essen’s mission and business objectives.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships, sponsor ships, grants, and collaborative projects that align with Essen’s growth and community outreach goals.
• Foster long‑term partnerships through regular communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration to ensure continued success and alignment with organizational goals.

• Plan and execute community outreach initiatives that promote Essen Health Care’s services and values, strengthening its visibility and community presence. This includes organizing health fairs, screenings, educational programs, and local health initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage community events such as health awareness campaigns, patient education workshops, and volunteer opportunities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and engage the local population.
• Represent Essen at community events, public forums, and local government meetings to engage with residents, healthcare advocates, and policymakers.
• Build and nurture relationships with local community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to establish Essen Health Care as a trusted community partner.
• Ensure successful execution of events, including logistical coordination, budgeting, and post‑event follow‑up to gauge impact and improve future initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams, particularly marketing and communications, to enhance Essen’s visibility and reputation within the healthcare industry and local communities.
• Represent Essen Health Care at community events, public forums, and meetings with local government officials to advocate for the company and its mission.
