Location: New York
A non-profit organization focused on housing and support services is seeking a Housing Case Manager in New York City. The successful candidate will conduct monthly home visits to clients and provide case management, supportive counseling, and referrals for clients who are formerly homeless. A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required, along with at least three years of relevant experience.
