What You’ll DoAs a key member of our team, you will:
- Build strong, supportive relationships with families enrolled in the program
- Provide guidance, encouragement, and practical parenting support
- Collaborate with parents to create and achieve individualized Family Goal Plans
- Empower parents to grow in confidence and independence
- Maintain professional communication with referral sources and community partners
- Meet weekly with the Family Services Director to review progress and visits
- Document action steps, progress, and client notes accurately and on time
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration and insurance, and reliable transportation
- 1–3 years of experience working with diverse populations
- A compassionate, organized, and motivated professional who believes in family-centered support
- Hourly pay: $20–$21 per hour
- Schedule:
35 hours/week- Monday–Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
