What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with families enrolled in the program
  • Provide guidance, encouragement, and practical parenting support
  • Collaborate with parents to create and achieve individualized Family Goal Plans
  • Empower parents to grow in confidence and independence
  • Maintain professional communication with referral sources and community partners
  • Meet weekly with the Family Services Director to review progress and visits
  • Document action steps, progress, and client notes accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration and insurance, and reliable transportation
  • 1–3 years of experience working with diverse populations
  • A compassionate, organized, and motivated professional who believes in family-centered support
What We Offer
  • Hourly pay: $20–$21 per hour
  • Schedule:

    35 hours/week
    • Monday–Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
    • Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
