Overview
Partner with shelter residents to design personalized, goal-focused transition plans that remove barriers and promote long-term stability.
TrainingOnline training classes (approx. 20hrs) along with in-person training for use with Red Cross Systems
Must have strong computer skills - We utilize Microsoft Teams extensively along with several client-focused, highly functional Red Cross Applications.
Be able to volunteer once a month in the 49th Street chapter after training.
Requirements· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Skilled in engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
· Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
· Active listening and effective collaboration skills.
· Resilience and adaptability in dynamic, high-pressure environments
· Competence in gathering, evaluating, and reporting information accurately.
Available for a two-week deployment as needed-outside of the immediate area!
· Valid driver’s license (required for out-of-region deployment).
