We are currently welcoming experienced Infant & Child Sleep Consultants to join our growing provider network.
About the Role
As a Sleep Consultant with The Nurtury, you will support families who are seeking expert, evidence‑based guidance—not quick fixes. You’ll work with infants and young children, helping families understand sleep development, establish routines, and navigate transitions with confidence.
This is a contract‑based role with flexibility and concierge‑level client matching.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive sleep assessments for infants and young children
- Develop customized, developmentally appropriate sleep plans
- Support families through implementation with coaching and follow‑up
- Provide virtual and/or in‑home consultations, depending on family needs
- Collaborate with The Nurtury care team and other providers when appropriate
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and varies based on experience, certifications, scope of services, and engagement type.
Who We’re Looking For
- Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years supporting infant or child sleep
- Strong understanding of infant development and sleep science
- Flexible, evidence‑based approach to sleep
- Professional, reliable, and family‑centered communication style
