Resource Coordinator II
New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Resource Coordinator II that will be assigned to the Problem‑Solving Courts in Tompkins County, New York. The position reports to the Chief Clerk and Project Director and is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with community partners and service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Review the work of Case Managers and other subordinate staff.
- Establish relationships with community partners and service providers.
- Perform site visits.
- Manage case data, including inputting information, modifying databases, and preparing reports.
- Provide referrals to appropriate treatment programs.
- Monitor participants’ progress in treatment and provide updates at scheduled court appearances.
- Conduct psycho‑social evaluations.
- Assist in the development of grant applications.
- Provide coverage for the existing courts in Tompkins County if assigned.
- Travel throughout the district is required.
• Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of satisfactory full‑time experience in social casework with a recognized public or private agency adhering to accepted professional standards; OR
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee (CASAC‑T) and 3 years of satisfactory full‑time experience in social casework with a recognized public or private agency adhering to accepted professional standards; OR
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
