We are currently hiring for a Community Supports Professional
, to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency.

• Providing direct services in the home and/or a community setting to individuals with a developmental disability.
• Through community events and exploration, Community Supports Professionals work one-to-one with people with disabilities on goals that increase that person's independence, such as healthy living, socialization skills, money management, and more.
• The objective of the Community Supports Professional is to contribute to a positive living environment and to enhance the quality of life for the individual being supported.

Community Supports Professional Minimum Salary: $16.78/hour

Community Supports Professional Maximum Salary: $16.78/hour

Community Supports Professional Schedule:
Flexible (full-time or part-time)

• Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• High School diploma or GED
• Smart Phone and/or Tablet is required for electronic record keeping
