Position Details: Candidates must meet the qualifications; salary is based on experience. Pay: $25-$35/hr schedule: 12-15 hrs/week.
Responsibilities:- Provide instruction in art, photography, cartooning, dance, recreation, coding, or martial arts.
- Develop a syllabus and pacing calendar based on outcomes.
- Prepare performance pieces or student portfolios for showcases.
- Help youth develop self-esteem, decision-making skills, respect, discipline, and physical fitness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Degree or training in the discipline or at least two years’ teaching experience with youth.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to go above program mandates for children’s benefit.
