Position Details: Candidates must meet the qualifications; salary is based on experience. Pay: $25-$35/hr schedule: 12-15 hrs/week.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide instruction in art, photography, cartooning, dance, recreation, coding, or martial arts.
  • Develop a syllabus and pacing calendar based on outcomes.
  • Prepare performance pieces or student portfolios for showcases.
  • Help youth develop self-esteem, decision-making skills, respect, discipline, and physical fitness.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Degree or training in the discipline or at least two years’ teaching experience with youth.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to go above program mandates for children’s benefit.
