Now Hiring:
Full Time Residential HVAC Service Technician.

All shifts: 8:00am - 4:00pm & 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Monday - Friday - Weekends and Nights available!

You will take the lead in troubleshooting and repair efforts, identifying and diagnosing HVAC issues on residential units. Handles warranty services efficiently and responds promptly to perform emergency repairs.

• Perform start-ups of newly installed HVAC Systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and diagnose problems.
• Perform minor repairs and component replacements.
• Handle warranty work and callbacks professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure all systems operate safely and according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and management.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC units.
• Perform HVAC service, repairs, and maintenance for residential clients.
• Provides on the best solution for the customer.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Educating and assisting customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.

• 3-5 years of experience in related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and proper application; knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety.
• Must have strong math skills.
• Knowledge of Gas systems and appliances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to develop heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system modification plans.
• Run after hours calls as required.

• Performs preventive maintenance on Gas heating systems, and associated equipment.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to customer questions.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment.
• Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
