Residential HVAC Installers

You will be responsible for accurately installing HVAC equipment and ductwork in residential structures. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of HVAC equipment, codes, and proper installation procedures. Effectively communicates to the customer and answers related questions as to operations and functions.

• Install boilers, central air systems, mini-split units, and furnaces.
• Replace/Install any heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systems.
• Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
• Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers.
• Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Inspect and test systems after installation to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
• Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation.
• Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being effectively used and maintained.
• Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system operation and maintenance.
• Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns.

• Minimum of 3 years prior experience as a Residential HVAC Installer.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license with clean driving records
• EPA Certification.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes.
• Basic understanding of low-voltage control wiring and high-voltage connections.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Ability to work in crawl spaces and attics.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.
