Roofing Laborer
Compensation: $23-$28 per/hour
Job Type:
Full-time, In-person.

A Roofing Laborer will perform tasks related to roofing, including installation, repair, maintenance, preparation, and cleanup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Worksite Preparation:
Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment. Remove old roofing materials and keep the area clean. - Assisting with Installation:
Transport, cut, and measure materials. Help lay insulation, underlayment, or waterproof membranes and secure roofing materials. - Safety and Compliance:
Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines. Wear protective gear and assist in securing materials. - Clean-up and Maintenance:
Remove debris, clean tools, and perform basic maintenance on equipment and safety gear. - General Tasks:
Assist with gutter installation, flashing, and sealing. Communicate effectively with the team and be prepared with personal tools. Follow instructions and go above and beyond to help the team.
- 1+ years of Roofing or Construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification
- Valid driver's license
- Own tools required
- Physically able to meet job demands
