Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing field service operations. Additionally, the Service Technician will ensure high levels of customer service during all interactions with clients.
Qualifications- Maintenance & Repair, Maintenance skills
- Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in residential or commercial properties is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are beneficial
