Responsibilities- Maintain, service and repair material handling equipment, systems and products on company premises in a timely and cost‑effective manner, ensuring customer and company requirements are met.
- Service material handling equipment and maintain forklift serviceability to specified standards, delivering quality service and maintenance.
- Perform accurate diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns; communicate repair needs to customers and/or supervisors.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance and operational data/history, updating records and communicating information as required.
- Provide complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner.
- Ensure proper communication between self, workshop staff (supervisor and controller) and customers.
- Meet OHSACT requirements on company and client premises, maintaining a safe work environment and complying with legal regulations.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
