HVAC Install Manager

The HVAC Install Manager at NH Ross is responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This leadership role includes managing installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes.

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing operational efficiency within the installation department.

• Manage and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Lead and coordinate installation teams, providing guidance and support to technicians throughout the installation process.
• Assess project requirements, develop installation plans, and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all installation activities.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions, verify installation plans, and address any challenges that arise.
• Communicate with clients to assess their needs, provide updates on project status, and ensure satisfaction throughout the installation.
• Maintain accurate records of completed installations, project costs, and resource utilization.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance installation processes and improve service quality.

• Proven experience in HVAC installation or service, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the HVAC industry is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on project management and efficiency.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards related to HVAC installations.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide quick solutions on-site.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with HVAC software and project management tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in HVAC management is a plus.
