Tower Technician – Coventry, CT – Becket, MA – Shrewsbury, MA
KMM Telecommunications is looking for a motivated and skilled Tower Technician to join our Team of Telecommunications Professionals in our Upstate New York location. We are looking for an individual that values hard-work and trust, and wants to be part of a Team that values the same. This position would be the 3rd or 4th position on a 3 or 4 person Tower Crew.
KMM provides a comprehensive safety program and will train motivated candidates.
Local/Regional Applicants Only – No Rotations Available – Limited Overnight Travel
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Valid driver’s license. Minimum 1-2 years tower construction experience preferred.
- Green Hands new to the Tower Industry as well as applicants with no construction experience are welcome to apply and will be considered.
- Comtrain or equivalent climbing certification preferred; training will be provided by KMM otherwise.
- Must be flexible to work overtime; weekend and evening work sometimes required.
- Must be flexible to work out of Market when/where required as site locations dictate.
- Must be comfortable climbing and working at heights on towers, rooftops, water towers and other elevated structures up to 300ft.
