Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and motivated handyman to join our team. The Handyman plays an important role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall condition of managed properties and apartments leased by Geel Community Services, Inc. Reporting directly to the Director of Property Management and Development (DPMD), this position is responsible for performing a wide range of repairs, maintenance tasks and custodial functions to maintain the properties and leased apartments in good working order.

The Handyman works closely with the various programs, responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and addressing wear and tear in a timely manner.
