DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Support Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of telecommunications systems and related add-ons for business clients across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working with modern VoIP and unified communications platforms.
Responsibilities- Install, configure, and support telecommunications equipment and system add-ons
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
- Perform system upgrades, moves, adds, and changes
- Document installations, configurations, and service activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion
- Deliver professional, customer-friendly service at all times

Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications installation and support
- Familiarity with and/or certification in Shore Tel, Connect, and Mitel systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Manufacturer certifications (Shore Tel, Mitel, or related platforms)
- Experience with VoIP, UC systems, and network infrastructure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
