We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities, contributing to a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for staff, customers and visitors alike. Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with 30-minute lunch unpaid (occasional weekends as needed)

Location: Saratoga Springs, NY (occasional travel to branches in Eastern NY)

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events or special projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
