At Homets Air & Heat, you show up to a fully stocked company van, open your schedule, and get to work. Pre-scheduled appointments are dispatched to you daily. No lead chasing. No chaos. Just field work done right.

New technicians typically bring home $2,800 - $3,500/week combining base pay and performance incentives. Top performers are clearing $4,000+/week - with no cap on upside. Compensation scales with your impact, not just your hours.

Base rate starts at $50/hour and is negotiable based on experience.

Running residential service calls and leading installations across Long Island. Diagnosing furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, AC systems, and ductless units - independently and accurately. Communicating clearly with homeowners. This is not a parts-swapper role. We hold a high standard for diagnostics and execution, and we want someone who takes pride in that.

✔ 5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience (required)

✔ Independent diagnostic ability across all major system types (required)

✔ Prior experience in a lead or senior technician role

✔ Clean driving record (background check required)

• W2 or 1099 - $50/hr base (negotiable)
