Service Technician

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Service Technician located in Albany/Saratoga County, NY. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, as well as performing field service tasks for both residential and commercial customers. The role includes addressing service calls, performing installations and preventative maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems
• Experience with residential boilers a must
• 5 years minimum Residential and Commercial experience
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Field Service operations and compliance with safety standards
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to perform hands‑on tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Relevant licenses or certifications in HVAC systems are a plus
