Overview

Eastern Environmental Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Geothermal Drillers and Drilling Helpers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, labor-intensive position with competitive pay and benefits. Candidates with a valid CDL Class A or B (manual transmission preferred) and strong safety records are encouraged to apply.

• CDL Class A or B with manual transmission (Tanker and Hazmat endorsements a plus)
• OSHA 30-hour certification (40-hour HAZWOPER preferred)
• Valid SST Card
• Minimum 2 years of experience in drilling or geothermal installations
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and physical exam

• Perform geothermal and well drilling operations
• Install vertical open and closed loop geothermal systems
• Trench and connect loop fields to system flow centers
• Respond to geothermal system service calls
• Operate drilling and excavation equipment safely and efficiently

• Hourly pay range: $30.00 – $40.00/hour, based on experience, license, and qualifications
• Overtime and prevailing wage projects available
