As an HVAC Field Supervisor (Service Dept), you’ll be based out of our NYC headquarters and play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to residential and light commercial customers. This is a hands-on leadership position where your knowledge and communication skills will make a daily impact.

Lead and support a team of field technicians across multiple boroughs
• Oversee scheduling, field operations, and service quality
• Assist with complex troubleshooting and service calls
• Mentor technicians and provide in-field coaching
• Help maintain safety practices and operational standards
• Ensure customers receive excellent, timely service
• Rotate on-call duties with the team to support after-hours service

Hiring Expectations:

• 7–10+ years of HVAC experience, including VRF/VRV systems, central air, and furnaces
• Prior leadership experience in a supervisory or lead technician role
• Universal EPA 608 certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and service software (Service Titan is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
